Timers:

· Responsible to time the swimmers.

· 2 timers per lane

· Requires standing and the use of a stop watch.

· Records the time on the swimmer's card.

· Need: 14 people

Chairperson:  TBA

Scorers:

· Responsible to add up individual scores on meet sheet.

· Also needed to list swimmer times and diver scores

· Requires using a calculator and sitting.

· Need:  4 people

Announcer:

· Announce the beginning of the the meet  

· Call up divers and announce dives

· Announce events

· Need:  2 people

Chairperson:  TBA

Set-up & Clean-up:

· Requires being at the pool by 4:00 p.m. to set up (bringing tables out, setting up chairs, setting up the observation room)

· Responsible for putting meet items away

· Walk-thru locker rooms after meet, put left behind items in HSS office

· Need:  5 people

Everyone can help clean-up!  PLEASE DONT ASSUME SOMEONE ELSE WILL DO IT.  WE NEED EVERYONES HELP TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL SWIM MEET! 

Concessions:

· Responsible to set-up -NEED 2 PEOPLE @4:30

· Sell concession goods

· Clean-up -NEED 2 PEOPLE TO STAY TILL THE END.

· Need:  5 people

Feeding the Athletes:

· Responsible to set-up -NEED 2 PEOPLE

· Have food ready for our team and the opposing team

· Clean-up -NEED 2 PEOPLE TO STAY TILL THE END.

· Need:  3 people
