Timers:

· Responsible for timing the swimmers

· 2 timers per lane

· Requires standing and the use of a stop watch

· Records the time on the swimmer's card

· Need: 13 people

Diving Table

· Responsible to add divers scores from judges & record on sheet

· Requires using a calculator and sitting

· Need:  2 people

Announcer:

· Announce the beginning of the the meet  

· Call up divers and announce dives

· Announce events

· Need:  1 person

Timing System Helper

· Assist the meet manager at the scorers table by setting heats & events on the computer

· Need:  1 person

Set-up & Clean-up

· Requires being at the pool by 3:00 p.m. or staying after meet for clean-up.

· You will be setting up swimmers’ chairs & tables, and putting away after meet. Swimmers will assist

· Walk-thru locker rooms after meet, put left behind items in HSS office

· Need:  2 people – 1 set-up & 1 clean-up

Concessions/Admissions

· Responsible to set-up table insider bleacher area to charge admissions & sell water/snacks.

· Need:  1 person

Feeding the Athletes

· Have food ready for our team and the opposing team after the meet. Opposing team gets a small snack they carry with them to the bus

· Set-up and clean-up

· Need:  2 people
