Harassment & Non-Discrimination

The Board is committed to maintaining an education and work environment that is free from discrimination based on sex, including all forms of unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment.

Pursuant to its Title IX obligations, the Board is committed to eliminating sexual harassment in all forms and will investigate and take appropriate action against any individual responsible for violating board policy, in a manner that is not deliberately indifferent.  The Board provides reporting options, an investigative and disciplinary process, and other related services as appropriate.
