Once you have submitted your child's online pre-enrollment, it is critical that you bring all required documentation to the appropriate enrollment office or central office in order to finalize your child's enrollment. We ask that you do this as soon as possible in order to schedule your child.

**Important Reminder - The following documents are required for registration for ALL grades:
Original birth certificate (with seal) and a copy.
Copy of Immunization records with proof of DTP, Polio, MMR, Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox shots (or proof of having had the illness), and vision screening (Kindergarten only).
Proof of residency - copy of one of the following: certificate of occupancy, purchase agreement, builders permit, rent receipt or agreement, mortgage statement/payment receipt, voter registration card, utility bill or driver’s license.
