Refund Policy
There are "NO REFUNDS" for 1 day classes or workshops/classes that are 1-4 sessions in length. You may designate a substitute if you are unable to attend.
A refund will be issued on some classes five (5) sessions or longer, MINUS a $10 processing fee per class or program upon request either before the class starts or within two business days of the first class. Preschool, HUFC Soccer and Aquatic programs have specific refund policies. Refer to the individual program for details.
Some programs may require additional fees for materials and supplies. The materials fee, when applicable, is payable to the instructor at the first session.
Class Confirmation Policy
It is not the policy of the Hartland Community Education department to confirm the class(es) you have registered for. Hartland Community Education will only notify registrants if a class has been cancelled. If there is a change in class due to instructor illness or inclement weather, Hartland Community Education will make every effort to contact you. When setting up your registration profile, please make sure to opt in for text messages/emails.
Snow Day Policy
In the event that school is canceled due to weather, ALL morning Community Ed activities and classes will be canceled. We will make a decision around noon regarding afternoon/evening classes at HESSC.
