Did you know that Hartland Buses Travel over 2,878 Miles per day with over 1,200 bus stops in the district? Safety is our number one priority not only for our students, but the community as a whole!
 
We are committed to work as a community to ensure the safety of our students to and from school.
The “MyRide K-12” parent app is new and we are excited to be offering it to our parents. It is operated through Tyler Technology and has a lot to offer for our families.

Using this app will give you access to your students’ routing information such as their bus number, their stop time in the morning and afternoon, their stop location, and if they have a transfer bus from the High School to the Middle school.
 
Hartland Transportation can also send alerts and push notifications if there is a delay or change in your bus route as well as other important information.

To access your students bus information, you will need to login to MyRide K-12 by downloading the app on your phone or using a web browser.

Mobile App:
The app is compatible with Apple and Android. Simply search for “MyRide K-12”.

Once downloaded, please follow the prompts to make an account and then add your students. You will be required to enter your students ID (Local ID) number and birthdate. The Birthdate requires a format of: XX/XX/XXXX (ex.01/01/2001). Student ID (Local ID) number can be found in the parent portal.
 
Your students busing information will be under schedules and will show AM and PM schedules as well as if they have a transfer bus at the high school.

Q. Getting an error message while adding your student, saying student cannot be found? 
A. Please check the Birthdate formatting. The correct format is as follows: XX/XX/XXXX (ex. 01/01/2001).
 
Q. Why does my high school or middle school student have more than one bus in the morning or afternoon? 
A. That is a transfer bus, not all buses will go to the middle school in the morning or to the high school in the afternoon. These transfer buses will take your student to the correct building or bus. 
 
Q. What if I do not see a morning or afternoon schedule on the app? 
A. It has been indicated (by you or your students' driver) that your student does not ride AM or PM, if you think this is an error please contact transportation. 
 
Q. How do I receive delay notifications about my students route? 
A. Notifications in your app must be turned on, or you can open the app and check the message center.
 
Q. Where do I find my students ID number?
A. Your students ID (Local ID)  number can be found on the parent portal. 
 
Q. Can parents track their students bus in real time on the app?
A.  Currently parents are not able to track their students bus, this may be offered in the future.
